Driving change together
Welcome to the Rideshare Delivery Driver Union of America. We are committed to advocating for your rights and ensuring fair treatment in the gig economy, just as we've fought for taxi and transportation workers for the last 20 years.
Join us as we work towards a better future for all app-based workers.
Our services
We offer a range of services designed to support and empower app drivers, delivery workers, and immigrants working in America.
DDRU provides legal assistance to advocacy, Deactivation Representation, and ensuring that drivers who have been deactivated by the Uber, Lyft, and food delivery apps are granted due process.
We litigate laws enforcing, legal minimum wages for all States, as well as mental and physical harassment of women and men drivers.
Legal support
Access legal resources and guidance to protect your rights as an app-based worker. We provide assistance with contract disputes, wage claims, app deactivation and more.
Advocacy
We advocate for fair wages, better working conditions, and stronger protections for app drivers, delivery workers and immigrants at the local, state, and national levels.
Women's rights
DDRU represents our female union members through litigation, fighting against sexual harassment and hostile work environment. We fight Uber / lyft ethically questionable tactics of evading law enforcement and manipulating drivers,
INVESTIGATE & LITIGATE
Through class action lawsuits against delivery driver and ride share apps we win together. DDRU private investigators are consistently finding solid evidence of gross pay manipulation, and account deactivations with out due process.
Empowering drivers, delivering results
At DDRU, we are dedicated to improving the lives of app drivers and delivery workers across the United States, through private investigations and litigating for driver's rights...
Join our movement for fairness and equality in the gig economy.
"Becoming a member of DDRU has changed my life. They helped me understand my rights and gave me the support I needed to GET MY DEACTIVATED UBER ACCOUNT BACK WORKING ."
